I initially went to see Tim as I felt more comfortable with the idea of speaking to a man about my issues, and I had heard some good feedback about him. I was really struggling with my relationship with my wife, and suffered from very impulsive and reckless behaviour. Tim helped me to make sense of my thoughts and feelings, and helped me to put in place various strategies which really made me feel a lot better about myself and enabled me to appreciate what I had, and to think less about my fantasies.

Camp Simcha is a charity that works with seriously ill children and their families. We have worked very closely with Tim Anders, using his expertise and skills with a number of the families we service. We have always found Tim very professional, effective, caring and considerate when working with families and children and we strongly recommend him as an art therapist.
Daniel Gillis (Head of Services)
I worked with Tim Anders for a number of years as his clinical supervisor and during that time case-managed his work. Tim is a very committed art therapist who works creatively well with children of all ages. He forms good relationships with clients and parents and is a thoughtful and well respected therapist amongst colleagues and clients.
Ruth Aylward-Davies (Clinical supervisor at Chai Cancer Care)
Our now 15 year old son received art therapy from Tim for over a year. This was carried out in the school environment which had numerous benefits including making school itself a more therapeutic experience. He went from not managing more than two hours school a day, to managing a full day at school. He started off angry and aggressive, swearing at teachers, and running out of classrooms. The art therapy calmed him significantly both at school and this had a spill over effect at home, making him much easier to manage.
He now manages all his lessons and is down to complete a number of courses and GCSEs this year. I would not hesitate to recommend Tim for art therapy for any child. With his calm nature and way of dealing with children, the effects of art therapy have been significant and long lasting.

My son had art therapy for two years with Tim Anders, from the very beginning he was so easy to deal with and very professional.
Yehoshua loved to go weekly to Tim and his sessions were extremely beneficial and we found that he was able to express himself and his feelings more. Tim tailored the sessions towards his needs, the therapy was so valuable at a very challenging time in his life, he learnt how to handle himself and get through extremely hard times for him and us.
